Internship

Our internship programme enables college and university students to gain first-hand practical exposure to the laws of Tanzania and beyond. Interns and trainees at BOJOMA Law Group® are expected and encouraged to work closely with advocates and legal consultants and other staff who are investigating and prosecuting cases, ensuring compliance and enforcement of legal and regulatory codes, among other tasks. Internship assignments will be based upon the student’s levels of pupillage, skills, and the very needs of our law firm.

Internship applicants should have a solid academic record: we consider academic performance to be only one indicator of an applicant’s potential. Equally important are the qualities of personal character, integrity, judgment, and maturity. A demonstrated commitment to practice areas of our law firm as well as innovation and confidence are valued potentials. We are looking for highly talented persons who can demonstrate an affinity with our values to help us achieve our vision of becoming the leading law firm in Africa and beyond, by virtue of excellent delivery of legal services. In return, we offer a dynamic and diverse working atmosphere in which individual persons can build a long and fruitful career and have their success recognized and so rewarded. It is our pleasure to warmly welcome you to our law firm: BOJOMA Law Group®!
