Pro Bono and Legal Aid Services

We are deeply committed to giving back to the community by offering legal assistance and representation to vulnerable and marginalized groups, particularly older persons, women, children, and non-profit societies. Our dedicated legal advocacy spans across land-related entitlements and employment or compensation claims. Our Firm champions access to justice through a structured pro bono and legal aid program that provides high-quality legal assistance to individuals, vulnerable groups, and not-for-profit organizations. We conduct direct casework—including legal advice and representation—in civil, family, immigration, and refugee matters, housing and welfare cases, domestic violence and protection work, and public-interest litigation. We also advocate for prisoners’ rights, pursue systemic strategic litigation to secure broader social change, and support urgent relief applications, mirroring the broad client-facing services offered by major global firms.

Beyond individual representation, our pro bono practice delivers capacity-building and institutional support to civil-society partners. Our services include transactional and regulatory assistance for charities and social enterprises (incorporation, governance, contracts, and tax), intellectual-property counsel for mission-driven innovators, legal clinics, knowledge transfers, training for local legal aid lawyers, and professional secondments to NGOs. To maximize our reach and efficiency, we deploy advanced technology and coordinate with established pro bono platforms and legal aid networks to perfectly match expertise with need. We also undertake policy, advocacy, and preventative work aimed at removing barriers to justice. We advise Governments and NGOs on legal aid frameworks, contribute to law reform and rule-of-law projects, and carry out community legal education and preventative compliance programs.
